01 · IT OPERATIONS
Capstone project building a service desk application to replace an existing PowerApps solution at university.
My contribution: Worked on requirements, system design, and implementation of the ticket workflow.
02 · CLOUD DEPLOYMENT
Deployed this CV website using private S3 storage, CloudFront with Origin Access Control, a custom hostname, and HTTPS, plus an API Gateway and Lambda visit counter.
My contribution: Configured services and permissions, verified delivery and duplicate prevention, and documented cleanup.
03 · UX DESIGN
Redesigned screens of an existing Lebanese bus route app to improve accessibility.
My contribution: Designed the redesigned screens in Figma with accessibility in mind.
